December meeting, 2020

The Black Canyon Macintosh User Group meets this month on December 10th at 7 p.m. Due to the ongoing pandemic, our December meeting will be held as an online meeting. Details, and the link to join the meeting, are below:

(*You DO NOT need to create an account to attend the meeting, but you will need to download the program. It will prompt you to do that when you click the link):

Our December meeting will feature a deep dive into Apple's new "Big Sur" operating system, running on a new 'M1' Mac mini. Big Sur is probably the biggest interface upgrade for Apple in many years, and we'll cover all the new features. There will also be a discussion of Apple's new M1 chip, which is wowing users across the globe with its speed and efficiency. (The new M1 MacBook Air doesn't even have a fan!)

We'll have our usual troubleshooting discussion for anyone who may be having some sort of problem or issue with their computer as well. Please come and share your experiences, or simply enjoy an informative discussion about all things Macintosh, and beyond…

People from all communities are encouraged to join us at any time. It's a great opportunity for members to get together and share their interests. Hope to see you there!
